Introduction
摘要
Most of us would flee an unhappy, unbalanced, and unhealthy life. Intermittently, we may be inclined to produce chaos instead of harmony, misery instead of happiness, ailment instead of health. We may occasionally display a remarkable ingenuity in ignoring or casting aside what we need the most. But I doubt that men and women set out willingly and thoughtfully, day after day, in the pursuit of unhappiness and of illness. They might fail to know what exactly brings them contentment, but they still strive to attain a satisfactory state of existence.
