My Logic1 has shown that there is a single, overarching category within the realm of actual thought: the self-concept. No categorical imperative or moral law that is entirely congruent with this self-concept—the ultimate act in which the life of the entire world is resolved in spirit—can be included in a moral philosophy that integrates theory and practice. It is asserted that all phenomena are essentially spiritual in nature; however, this spirituality is not in its purest form. It is argued that all phenomena are essentially non-existent until they are transformed into spirit, self-consciousness, and ultimately self-concept. The universe in its entirety is said to be contained within the self-creation of spirit.
