This chapter presents the concept of a theatrical production within the framework of ThInk, an educational and research project which operates with spoken language, sign language, and surtitles. The production addresses a heterogeneous audience of hearing, hard-of-hearing, and deaf people. Experiences from rehearsals will be discussed and will result in a short guide for surtitlers and directors, which is intended to provide initial support and orientation in view of the challenges involved in implementing the concept.
