The previous chapter presented the research methodology of the study in terms of how the data were collected, how the samples of the study were selected, and which methods of data analysis were used. Building on this, the current chapter shall analyze the data collected, present the results thereof, and provide a discussion of the findings. As previously mentioned, this study is an effort to discover the problems that Syrian refugees in the city of Halle, Germany, faced due to perceived misinterpretation, as well as to investigate the reasons behind these problems. In addition, this research is an effort to demonstrate the challenges faced by the interpreters, both professional and nonprofessional, in working with Syrian refugees in Halle.
