Intelligence does not equal intelligence

An intelligence test does not measure a person’s intelligence. What it can measure is how efficiently someone can access the knowledge available within collective intelligence and recognize its internal order. That ability is not necessarily dependent on our current stage of cultural development. A person in antiquity might have been just as capable of using a computer or understanding the theory of relativity, maybe even more so.
