Planning Phase

After previously defining all specifications necessary for successfully carrying out our project, it is now time to do the planning. Here we have to establish all plans necessary for creating our project or product. Therefore, we need to determine what to do and in which order. It is about scheduling deadlines and assigning resources. We need to have an eye on scarce resources, resources that we do not have at any given time in the quantity needed.
