Virtually everyone has heard of software programs like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other business titles that are considered industry standard titles. Although the alternative software applications we’ll be looking at have been around for years and aren’t exactly secret, my guess is that many business owners have never heard of them—or at least not all of them.
