What Will Matter When Machines Think

When Richard looks ahead five or ten years, he does not imagine a world dominated by machines or governed by algorithms. He sees something subtler and far more consequential. He sees a world in which intelligence is no longer discussed because it is everywhere. No longer announced because it is assumed. No longer treated as an advantage because it has become a baseline expectation.
