CI/CD Pipelines as Actuation Mechanisms

In this chapter, CI/CD pipelines are redefined as actuation components of control loops, and their responsibility is explained in terms of applying changes that affect the behavior of the system. It explains the effect of actuation frequency, the structure of the actuation process itself, and its control coordination on stability.
