Autonomous Ops and RPA 2.0

Ops agents shouldn’t be magicians. They should be boring, reliable executors of runbooks and workflows with crisp human-in-the-loop gates where judgment matters. The pattern is a loop: watch for tickets or alerts, load a runbook, execute idempotent steps with guardrails, pause when policy says “ask,” and resume once a human approves or edits the plan. Everything is logged, replayable, and safe to abort.
