Organizational Adoption and Change Management
摘要
While the preceding chapters provided the technical structures of isolation, circuit breaking, and anomaly detection, this chapter concentrates on the human and organizational mechanisms that must be in place to enable them. Applying predictive fault detection in the microservices space does not involve installing a tool or two, but rather requires a change a culture. It demands a shift from a reactive position, in which success is whatever it takes to restore a failed system faster, to a proactive position, in which success is whatever it takes to ensure that a system based on self-healing is silent.
