Enterprise Data Warehouse
摘要
An enterprise data warehouse (EDW) is less a destination than a trust machine: numbers must be traceable, repeatable, and defensible months after they were produced. Snowflake’s strengths—immutable storage, metadata-first cloning, policy enforcement at read—line up well with those demands. The pattern is to keep a single, governed source of truth; shape it for analytics without duplicating it; and preserve every step (code, inputs, lineage, approvals) as data you can query.
