摘要

Information security now stands at a crossroads. Rapid technological change, from the expansion of artificial intelligence to the shift toward cloud-centric and identity-driven technology environments, has exposed the limitations of traditional, product-centric security approaches. At the same time, cyber threats have grown in scale, speed, and sophistication, demanding a fundamental rethinking of how organizations protect themselves. In response, business and security leaders are increasingly treating cybersecurity not as a siloed technical problem, but as a strategic enterprise concern woven into risk management, technology governance, privacy, operational resilience, and digital trust. The old security playbook of reactive defenses and isolated point solutions is no longer sufficient. Instead, foresight, agility, secure design, and integrated governance are becoming the foundation of effective information security programs.
