CPU Simulation

This chapter walks you through hands-on experiments on CPU pipeline behavior using concepts from Chapter 11 . ChampSim was well-suited for memory-system studies in Chapters 9 and 10 because the experiments primarily involved working with the cache, the prefetcher, and DRAM behavior, using a simple, unchanged core model.
