Thain Goes Live

This chapter takes Thain from a complete local architecture to a live Azure service. Through six hardening sprints, it adds container hosting, FastAPI invocation, managed identity, environment separation, Azure Content Safety, Application Insights telemetry, production retrieval, and durable approval workflows. The chapter shows how a multi-agent system becomes production-ready without changing its core orchestration contracts.
