Thain Learns to Remember

This chapter extends Thain beyond short-term memory by adding persistent storage with Azure Cosmos DB. It introduces a durable memory layer for storing and retrieving complaint history across sessions, then wires that history back into the agent through a context provider. This gives Thain longer-lived customer context while preserving graceful fallback when durable storage is unavailable.
