AI As a Tool in Managing IP

In the previous chapters, we have covered topics including ownership of AI-generated works and governance issues. Let’s now address some of the tactical issues in the use of AI specifically to manage IP in your organization. AI is rapidly becoming a component of any business that uses computation, digitalization, databases, and manipulation of data. Any processes that involve repeated tasks; heavy investment of time into data gathering, organization, and analysis; and regular reporting are clear candidates for the application of AI.
