As data and use of AI to build intellectual assets become more mission critical to organizations, strong governance, processes, and oversight have never been more essential. Algorithms become co-creators and decision-makers in innovation such that the lines between human- and machine-generated IPs are blurring, ushering in complex legal, ethical, and operational challenges.
