Open Source and Community

I have another honest disclaimer to make: companies support Open Source and Community as a “good-to-have" and not an important—I am not even saying a mandatory or required—purpose of their business. It will be extremely difficult to find a company that does not use any open-source project or service and is a Tech-first company. The benefits and applications of open source extend beyond just the Tech, and we see the use cases in non-Tech systems as well—think of HR, sports, fashion, and more.
