Managing Dependencies

For starters, the .NET platform is the largest dependency that you have in your projects. While the .NET platform provides everything to develop and deploy your applications, products, and services, most of the time you need to use a third-party service or product to develop and deploy your applications. This includes, but is not limited to, development frameworks or packages, deployment services and scripts, observability and telemetry tools, database connection providers, and more. All of these are an important part of your artifact that is generated during the DevOps pipeline.
