How to Blend Data
摘要
This is the moment every risk analyst, beginner or experienced, eventually reaches. You've spent a good amount of time collecting data for your analysis. You've looked at base rates from competitors and industry peers, pulled internal logs and telemetry, and talked to subject matter experts who helped you interpret what all that data means. You haven't done this just once; you've done it several times for a single analysis: once for the frequency of loss events and, then again, sometimes six more times, for each of the six forms of loss on the magnitude side.
