Like work, organizational design is undergoing a profound transformation. From rigid hierarchies to fluid networks, the contours of organizations are being redrawn to reflect the realities of a digitally distributed, intelligence-augmented, and human-centric economy. Chapter 7 examines this shift across three domains: the rise of platform and peer-to-peer ecosystems, the emergence of cross-sector and agile collaborations, and the application of data culture frameworks, most notably the Usage and Flow Data Culture Model (UFDCM) to provide coherence in decentralized structures. Together, these organizing principles enable a more adaptive and inclusive human capital supply chain.

摘要
