We also looked at diagrams, which ranged from high-level to low-level designs. Artificial intelligence, now pervasive in the industry, is more known for its ability to write code. However, it can do more than that. It can summarize recorded messages, and then it can draft documents and blueprints from those recorded summarized messages or from simple prompts. It can create work tickets from the draft documents and even compare a ticket to work that was done to verify its accuracy.
