Confession #16: Agile for Lean Tech Teams

In the last chapter, I reflected on what happens when teams don’t play as one, when handoffs, silos, and competing priorities can slow delivery. But not every challenge comes from teams being too divided. Sometimes, the opposite is true: the team is so small, so tightly knit, that division is far less likely. There are no silos to break down, because there aren’t enough people to form them in the first place.
