If trust is the foundation of Agile, then accountability is the frame that holds everything together. Without accountability, trust collapses into fragility. But accountability itself is tricky. Too little, and delivery falters because no one feels truly responsible. Too much, and the weight often concentrates on a few shoulders, creating stress and the risk of micromanagement or burnout.
