Previous chapters have defined the different types of carbon markets and other environmental assets, as well as the different technologies to support the development of them. This chapter will focus on the integration of the entire ecosystem to make the different solutions work. First of all it is important to recognize that there is no such thing as a “one solution fits all purposes”, or specific market types that are better than others. The reader must identify that carbon markets involve different countries, regions, cultures and many people around the world, and different people might need different solutions. This chapter will work the importance of recognizing the Sustainable Development Goal number 17.
