INTERPRET—Trust, Explainability, and AI Agent Reputation
摘要
Trust is the cornerstone of autonomy. Just as you might hesitate to trust a brand-new employee fresh out of college, whose every experience is unproven, organizations need explicit, verifiable trust in AI identities to grant autonomy confidently. Without trust—grounded in transparency, explainability, and established reputation—AI agents can't safely make independent decisions. This chapter examines how trust, explainability, and AI agent reputation intersect, demonstrating why building and continuously validating trust in AI identities is essential to safely managing their growing autonomy within your organization.
