Now we’ve completed that last Step of the Maturity-Model, our architecture should be able to respond to whatever the real-world may throw its way. In this last main chapter, we return to that core theme that people are the real core of the enterprise, with a focus on how to engage everyone in the organization in using the architecture to develop their own ways to enhance the effectiveness of their enterprise.
