In the previous chapter, we provided an introduction to Agile in Microsoft Project and how to set up an Agile project. In setting up an Agile project, we covered topics such as enabling the Agile feature for a project, adding features to the Agile backlog, and creating sprints. In the chapter, we will be exploring our learning of Microsoft project with its reports and analytics features. In this chapter, we will be learning how to play with a Microsoft Project report by choosing its different set fields and focusing on the key results in a graphical report. Since we have already explored different types of reports in Microsoft Project in the first chapter of this book under the section “Reporting and Analytics,” new learnings in this chapter about Microsoft Project report will be valuable from the practical application perspective.
