In the previous chapter, we introduced project management, its definition, and significance. We also explored MS Project and some of its features. In this chapter, we will set up a project, define projects goals and objectives, and communicate with different stakeholders using Microsoft Project. With this, we will be able to establish our goals of creating and communicating a project plan using the Microsoft Project desktop app.
