Digital ID As the New Endpoint
摘要
The modern concept of an endpoint in cybersecurity often centers around devices: smartphones, laptops, desktops, and even IoT devices. These devices are ever-present, always connected, and often vulnerable. When the device becomes the point of interaction with a secure network, it inherently exposes data and user credentials to the Internet. However, proving the identity of a device does nothing to prove the identity or presence of the user behind it. This distinction is where digital ID technology changes the game.
