IT and the Future
摘要
On December 17, 1903, two brothers, Orville and Wilbur Wright, made their first controlled, sustained flight of their engine-powered aircraft, the Wright Flyer. They flew it for 6 km south of Kitty Hawk, South Carolina. Shortly afterward, Wilbur said, “Not within a thousand years will man ever fly.” Today, just over 100 years later, roughly 100,000 flights take off and land each day around the world.
