The Failure of the Cybersecurity Education System
摘要
One of the most significant failures of the cybersecurity education system is its emphasis on product configuration over the science of security protocols. Many educational programs, particularly those tied to certifications, teach students how to configure and deploy specific cybersecurity tools without ever addressing the underlying principles that govern network security. This focus on technical skills rather than scientific understanding produces professionals who can follow instructions but lack the ability to think critically about whether the solutions they are implementing are truly secure.
