Migration to Multitenant and Fleet Management

Oracle Database 23ai supports only a multitenant architecture. You saw this during the installation of the database software and the creation of databases as a container database was created with a pluggable database. If you are using a noncontainer database in 19c or earlier release of the Oracle Database, the upgrade process includes migration to multitenant and then upgrading to 23ai.
