Case Studies in Confidential Computing

摘要

Introduction to the Concept and Principles of Confidential Computing: Confidential computing addresses a long-standing gap in data security by providing protection not just for data at rest or in transit but also while it's being processed. This novel approach involves securing the computing environment through hardware or software means to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information. At its core, confidential computing relies on principles like trusted execution environments (TEEs), secure enclaves, and encryption techniques. The goal is to create an environment where sensitive computations can be carried out without exposing the data to the host system, external applications, or malicious actors.
