Migration Part 3: Cleaning Up

We have successfully overcome all the main obstacles related to migration, and I've migrated the remaining controllers using the Upgrade option, similar to what we did with the initial controller, the AccessController. After confirming the tests run green and all the endpoints work, we can continue with additional cleanup.
