Organizational (Mis)Behavior

Organizational Behavior might be one of the first disciplines that an MBA student encounters because it accepts that organizations are first and foremost social systems, and all of the other business topics will be greatly affected by our behaviors in social situations. Truly great companies must be getting a lot of these behaviors right, and achieving massive scale with sustained financial success gives them the right to be confident in their approach.
