In the modern age of global network connectivity, news of data breaches, leaked information, and malicious exploitation should make clear the need to secure access to database content. However, database security doesn’t end at avoiding unauthorized access by nefarious outsiders. Restrictions on the content authorized users can create, view, modify, and use are equally important.
