PostgreSQL on AWS RDS/Azure SQL Database

The relational database service (RDS) offered by cloud provider AWS and the Azure SQL database offered by Microsoft Azure are fully managed services that perform the underlying tasks of provisioning of virtual or physical machines, PostgreSQL cluster software, applying patches, upgrades, migration, security, backup, and recovery tasks, with provisioning for high availability across regions and zones. A fleet of database services are created or automated with cloud scripting templates. After network security rules are provisioned by the network team, the DBA can work on provisioning PostgreSQL services on the cloud.
