Models for a Sustainable, Diverse Open Source
摘要
Open source has a bit of a contradiction problem, doesn't it? For all its democratic ideals and "free as in freedom" rhetoric, the community remains stubbornly homogeneous. We've spent the previous chapters dissecting why—peeling back layers of power dynamics, unpaid labor, and systemic exclusion that have calcified into what appears to be an immovable structure. We've proposed standards, guidelines, and governance models that might chip away at these foundations. But sometimes, to truly reimagine a space, we need to lift our eyes beyond the blueprint and witness transformation in action.
