Leadership Engagement: Empowering Leaders with Viva Engage

In the previous chapter, we have gained experience in understanding fundamentals of user adoption needs, benefits, and its implementation and driving user adoption with Viva Engage among employees at all levels of the organization, including communication plans, training programs, and incentivization approaches. Finally, we have gained experience around the creation and nurturing of communities within Viva Engage. The goal of this chapter is to understand how Viva Engage can be leveraged to foster engagement between leaders and employees, which will cover topics such as leadership engagement techniques in Viva Engage, metrics to measure the effectiveness of leadership engagement, benefits of leadership engagement in Viva Engage, and challenges in leadership engagement.
