How to Keep Your Job
摘要
Now that you’re fully onboarded in your new crypto job, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s all smooth sailing from here on out. In this space, there’s an incredible turnover rate of employees. This isn’t to say that they’re good or bad; the majority of them, unlike yourself after reading this book, are simply not prepared enough to take on a job in crypto. It’s really not unusual to see newly hired employees being made redundant after just a few weeks, or in some extreme cases, a few days, after starting their new position. Majoritarily, these very early redundancies come down to an accumulation of small but irritating mistakes such as Internet problems, not learning fast enough, or never being on time. However, for the later stage ones, it almost always comes down to underperformance. Again, this isn’t to say that they aren’t competent or qualified enough; they’re just not good enough. In this chapter, we’ll touch upon every relative aspect to ensure that you are fully prepared to become a long-term player in this field.
