Dataset

In Chapter 2 , we discussed how to get data into CRM Analytics. From Analytics Studio, you can quickly bring the data into CRM Analytics by creating a new dataset, clicking the Create button, and then selecting Dataset; a wizard will assist you in selecting a source of data, with the option to upload a CSV file, using the Dataset Builder to extract Salesforce data from the external data source, create a recipe to use an existing Dataset or connected data, and trend from a Salesforce report.
