We discussed how to get data into CRM Analytics in Chapter 2 . We had a hands-on CSV file data load exercise and also another hands-on with trending data from a Salesforce report; in both exercises, we created a new dataset. But we have not discussed the Recipe, one of the most critical tools for data transformation from multiple sources into CRM Analytics, so let us start now.
