摘要

Identification schemes are one of the most important types of scheme used in cryptography. There are two entities, namely, the prover and the verifier, in a scheme. The prover tries to prove its identity to the verifier in such a way that the prover cannot be impersonated by an adversary either in the process of demonstrating its identity or after the demonstration. Once the identity is confirmed, not even the verifier can alter the prover’s identity. The process of proving the identity may end with acceptance or rejection (termination without acceptance).
