Copilot, Generative AI, and Future of Work

We mark the end of this book with the shortest chapter that is written partly using Microsoft copilot and further edited by myself. What we have experienced the tools through this book is the beginning of a new era where the way we used to work is destined to change. From preparing an email response to responding to complex RFP or preparing an enterprise project, every single function at our organization and every single role in our corporates will have new SOPs, new KPIs, and new challenges to address. The integration of generative AI into tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot in Power Platform, Copilot for Sales, Copilot for Service, and the newly unveiled Copilot for Finance is transforming mundane tasks into opportunities for creativity and efficiency.
