Microsoft Copilot Studio

So far in the book, we have discussed many out-of-the-box or ready-to-use copilots. These Copilots are AI powered and understand our instructions or ask in natural languages. In addition to offering out-of-the-box and ready-to-use copilots, Microsoft has also introduced a platform where you and your team can build or extend the copilot experience. Microsoft Copilot Studio is a SaaS (software as a service) platform where business users or pro developers can extend the Microsoft 365 copilot experience or build a custom copilot bot that can serve internal or external audience.
