Abstract Styles: A New Look at Patterns
摘要
We have established in this section that Architectures Aren’t Chosen, They’re Designed. On the surface, this statement might seem to suggest that patterns are irrelevant in this model; however, I do not advocate throwing away the established patterns and reinventing the wheel for many projects. There are many paths to a candidate architecture, and each has their trade-offs. Let us briefly return to the suit metaphor to provide context to how patterns can be selected, designed, and adapted.
