摘要

As you already know from the previous chapters, the LEGO and Chocolate simulation is an asynchronous role-playing game in which every player acts in accordance with one of the nine predefined roles. The power of this game is in its ability to visualize the interaction patterns and showcase process bottlenecks. This chapter will help you understand how to split the participants into these nine roles based on the size of your group and the physical constraints of the workshop space so that the process bottlenecks will become visible. I will share my optimal setup with you and offer seven additional options for various group/room sizes. Each option has been play-tested and optimized for the best player experience.
