Kickstarting Transformations with Games: Field Stories
摘要
This final chapter is a collection of field stories from several coaches and trainers who’ve been using my coaching games in their practice. I chose to interview these six experts for a very specific reason. Through these years, as I was iterating on the games, they were also running them in their parts of the world, adjusting them to their local contexts. Thanks to social media, we kept an eye on each other’s progress, cheering the experiments and occasionally sharing notes.
